Returns

• We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
• Return by mail following Amazon FBA instructions.

Refunds

• Once received and inspected, approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

• If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Amazon FBA Shipping & Returns

• All orders are fulfilled by Amazon FBA, and return requests should be processed through Amazon’s return system.
• Please follow the return instructions provided by Amazon for a smooth return process.
